The skilled craftsman cut a variety of patterns with a scissor in a piece of paper. This papercut is patterned with dragon and phoenix. In Chinese culture, dragon is the symbol of safety, justice, and imperial power, and phoenix is the queen of birds. Both of them are the symbols of imperial power and abundant wealth. On any festival, you may paste the papercut on the wall or window, and it will bring good and fortune.
