  • Zhao Yun, general of Shu Kingdom in Three-Kingdom Period who was styled as Zi Long from Zhending of Changshan (today known as Baoding of Hebei Province) and was famous for his bravery, strategy and tactics, at the first place he served Gongsun Zan, then submitted to Liu Bei. In 208 A.D., Cao Cao defeated Liu Bei and seized Jing Zhou, Liu Bei fled to the south with his wife being left behind, Zhao Yun strived to rescue Lady Gan with Liu Chan, the son of Liu Bei at Changbanpo alone, being reputed as being "full of courage all over" for his achievements.
