Wow! How magnificent the cheongsam is! Our designer got his inspiration from a famous beautiful and moving teleplay, named When Tangerine Ripen. The cheongsam design has been awarded the best costume on a film festival. Cheongsam, also called qipao or mandarin gown, is well known for its elegance and beauty, so it is highly popular either on casual or formal occasions. Made of fine Thai silk with exquisite embroidered floral patterns, this cheongsam is especially accentuating the gentle character and behavior of women. You will see that frog buttons, which are made by hand and need a lot of labor, are fastened on the front side and the right side. Double cuffs are made of silk brocade with double fish and vase patterns, going well with the trimmings on the front side. In Chinese culture, fish is the symbol of abundant wealth and vase can bring peaceful life. Inner sleeves are also decorated with frog buttons. Both sides are made with slits toward the thigh and the length of the cheongsam is to mid-calf. Be creative with accessories! Be fabulous always!
